3D Puff Embroidery
Foam-backed stitching raises logo 4–8 mm from the panel. We digitize in-house, send stitch file before production.
Flat Embroidery
Clean thread coverage on any panel. Ideal for detailed logos, text and multi-color artwork. Up to 10 colors.
Woven Patch
Woven label sewn or iron-on. Retains fine lines at small sizes. Available in merrowed or laser-cut edge.
Leather Patch
Genuine or PU leather debossed with your logo. Stitched onto back panel or side. Ages gracefully.
Screen Print
Spot-color print direct on fabric. Best for flat graphic logos on the front panel or inside sweatband.

Sample in seven days. Bulk runs take 15 to 20 days after the sample is approved, depending on quantity and decoration. Air freight to Europe or North America is a further five to eight days.
